Connetquot River State Park Preserve in Oakdale runs a guided family tour of its 19th-century historic clubhouse and working gristmill on June 7, with two sessions: 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. The 3,473-acre preserve features live trout streams and a fish hatchery in operation since the 1860s.
