Use of Service
LI Daily provides a platform for discovering Long Island businesses, events, and news. You may use the platform for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Business Listings
Business owners who submit listings are responsible for the accuracy of their information. LI Daily reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines or contains inaccurate information.
Reviews
Users may submit reviews for businesses listed on our platform. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Featured) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment.
Limitation of Liability
LI Daily is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of business listings, user reviews, or event information submitted by third parties.
