Huntington Village is hitting spring 2026 with new restaurant openings, refreshed menus at longtime favorites, and outdoor patio season officially underway. With LI Restaurant Week running April 26–May 3, there's no better time to plan a night out on New York Avenue.

Huntington Village is heading into spring 2026 with a wave of new restaurant activity along New York Avenue and Gerard Street. Several new concepts are opening or putting finishing touches on their spaces, established favorites are rolling out seasonal menus, and outdoor patio season is about to kick into gear — all timed perfectly with LI Restaurant Week running April 26 through May 3.
A new farm-to-table concept is slated to open in the former retail space near the corner of Gerard Street, focusing on locally sourced ingredients and a rotating seasonal menu. On the Gerard Street side, a new wine bar and small plates spot has been quietly building out its interior since January. There's also a new fast-casual ramen shop that opened quietly in March just off the main drag.
Jonathan's Ristorante on Wall Street has rolled out a spring menu refresh with several new pasta dishes and a revamped cocktail program. Skafos is expanding its hours heading into spring. Posto Pazzo continues to be one of the more reliable spots on the strip for Italian.
Most spots along New York Avenue and the surrounding blocks are already setting up their sidewalk and patio seating for the season. A few spots have added or upgraded their outdoor heaters this year.

The multi-level garage on Green Street is your best bet. If you're on the LIRR, the Port Jefferson Branch stops right in Huntington.
