Sephora's new 4,786 SF store at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack boosts family-focused retail as the center nears full occupancy. Anchored by Lidl and PGA TOUR Superstore, it draws 2.4 million visits yearly.

Sephora has joined Mayfair Shopping Center on Jericho Turnpike in Commack, strengthening the beauty category as part of a family-focused retail push toward full occupancy.
The 222,000-square-foot center, managed by Levin Management Corporation since 1998, announced on March 17, 2026, that it's nearing full occupancy after strategic leasing post-pandemic vacancies. Anchored by Lidl and PGA TOUR Superstore, Mayfair draws about 2.4 million visits annually, per Placer.ai data.
New additions emphasize family experiences with My Gym (2,971 SF) and Champions Martial Arts (1,320 SF) for kids' fitness, plus Crushed Olive (1,280 SF) and Mimi's Coffee & Bubble Tea (1,200 SF). These join Sephora's 4,786 SF space to diversify the mix.
Dining expanded with JBBQ Wok & Dumpling (6,507 SF), M Nail & Lash Bar (5,910 SF), Meet Izakaya Ramen Bar (3,749 SF), and Bagel Toasterie (3,320 SF). Apparel grew via J.Crew Factory and Gap Factory, while Planet Fitness filled early vacancies.
This repositioning rebuilt the tenant roster after store closures and bankruptcies, creating an experience-driven destination on Jericho Turnpike.
