As East Hampton buzzes with early spring crowds flocking to Main Street spots like East Hampton Grill on 99 Main St., a fresh dining hit lands nearby: Camp Rubirosa swings open at 31 Race Lane. This Nolita favorite from Manhattan now delivers its iconic Tie-Dye Pizza—swirled with vodka sauce, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and pesto—plus house-made pastas and fresh seafood, all wrapped in sleepaway camp nostalgia.
Situated in the former home of The Laundry on Race Lane, Camp Rubirosa blends rustic Italian countryside warmth with East End charm. Step into a tent leading to an al fresco piazza, then enter Ciao Hall decked with vintage water-skis, a fireplace, lantern-lit tables, and wooden tennis racquets. It's built for group dining, perfect for Hamptons families and friends.
Open seven days from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., dinner runs Thursday to Monday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Book via Resy for parties of 8 or more—reservations open 14 days ahead at midnight. Dogs under 20 lbs. welcome on the patio before 7 p.m.; corkage is $50 per bottle, max two. Table times: 1.5 hours for 2-3, up to 2 hours for 4-6, 2.5 for 6-8.
